Vehicle tracking

General information about vehicles including services, active storage services and vehicle holds are listed on here.
The current delivery status is also displayed.

Order management

In this tool, services that are configured exclusively for the dealer can be created and the current status of a service can be displayed. Furthermore, Target Delivery Dates as well as dealer address information are changed from here.

Storage call-off

The dealer can call off their own vehicles at any time using a simple date picker. The earliest call-off time can be configured separately (i.e. 48h in advance).

Vehicle information

The vehicle information section displays more details of each vehicle and is intended for internal purposes. In addition to the general data, services, storage services and vehicle holds, damages and documents attached to the vehicle are displayed. Any digital documents attached this way can be downloaded directly from within the app.
